Yes we do offer FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE in the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley, while you car is in for repairs. When making your appointment, if you need shuttle service, please let your advisor know and we will get you handled.
If you are a returning customer, we usually try to schedule your next appointment and will remind you with a reminder card two weeks prior to the service date. Or you may just send our Service Department a message online and we will be glad to pull your previous history and assist you with determining when you're due for your next maintenance. If you are a new customer to RogersToyota we may be able to track your vehicle thru the National Toyota Maintenance Site.
Currently with your new Toyota vehicle, Toyota provides Toyota Auto Care to you which is a 2 YEAR OR 25,000 MILE FREE SERVICE. It is therefore suggested that you bring your car in EVERY FIVE (5) MONTHS, whether it is time for an oil change or not, because the services are complimentary and paid for by Toyota Manufacturing.
You may order accessories through any of our parts departments or online or in-person at our parts department. If we need to order a part for you, it usually arrives the next business day. You may also place orders for parts over the phone and have them shipped to you - We ship anywhere in the world! We are the home of "RMX", Rogers Motors Xtreme .... accessorize your vehicle for you.
Yes, our Repair Center is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. We repair most makes and models, work with water based paints, I-Car certified and work directly with YOUR insurance companies for you.
Yes, our Detail Center is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. We do offer retail Detail services to the public and also have spray in bed liners..
We do provide Toyota Rental Vehicles at our dealerships who service vehicles.These vehicles are provided based on availability. If you qualify for a rental vehicle, we require a copy of your driver's license and proof of insurance
To OUR customers who have purchased their vehilce from us, we offer a FREE COURTESY CAR WASH as long as you show your ROGERS license plate frames. This is based on a FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE basis, if if the weather is nice, their may be a bit of a waiting line.
Also to our customers, we provide COMPLIMENTARY Chocolate Chip Cookies and water, while you vehicle is being serviced. Cookies are fresh baked every one hour and a half. Thank you.
