-I want everyone to know about my expierence with Rogers Toyota this last November. They are absolutley wonderful ! My name is Anita and I am an independant Mary Kay beauty consultant . I was in charge of our "Adopt a Grandparent for Christmas " fund raiser. There are many elderly residents in our community's nursing and retirement homes that normally would not recieve gifts or cards or anything that lets them know they are thought of especially at Christmas time . I personally visited a number of our local businesses rounding up donations to sponsor an elderly resident . Debbie Moser was my contact person for Rogers . I was blown away by the donations from there ! Their donations took care of a quarter of what we were able to do this year ! I just want them to know how much of a
difference they made in the community . I , along with the recipients want the employees of Rogers Toyota to know how much they are appreciated...I also would like to say that each time I visited the dealership to talk to Debbie I was treated very nicely. everyone always had a smile and greeted me at the door ready to help even though I was not there to purchase a vehicle ! They have a very welcoming atmosphere there. When ever I am in the market for another vehicle that is where I will be stopping..Thank you again Rogers Toyota !! you guys ROCK !!

I had the best experiences at Rogers Toyota Scion...I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav4, this being my 3rd purchase from Rogers Toyota Scion in Lewiston and once again the care and concern for their customers is their #1 priority. The Rogers staff is honest, friendly and great to do business with. Rogers Toyota has always been my one stop shop, when it came to service, purchasing of tires or buying accessories, however I have moved to southern Idaho and only until this last purchase did I once again realize what a privilege it is to do business with them. The dealerships in southern Idaho don't even compare to the way the Rogers staff treats you with care, honesty and compassion. I miss having my car serviced at Rogers Toyota Scion and the FREE car washes for life. I would highly recommend Rogers Toyota Scion and only wish that I lived closer so they could perform all of my service work.

I have had the amazing experience of what I would consider the royal treatment of being a new/used car owner! I went into Rogers Scion and was greeted by a motivated and down to earth man, Adam Dawson, and he walked me through my car finding experience. I knew I had a limit, as I am a single parent on a shoestring budget, and I also knew I had a terrible credit score that is slowly on the mend. It is hard to explain this to most though. Adam and I looked at many cars for two days in the heat. He grinned and kept telling me we had to find the car that made sense for me and my needs. Well, we found it! Adam, Dave, Austin, the parts and service department and everybody made me feel great when I was able to find a car that worked for
me. And let me tell you, they worked... And never once made me feel anything but excited and hopeful! I walked away yesterday excited and I have never had such a wonderful experience when buying a car. I have 35 experiences to compare this to and this ranks #1! All the people who work at Rogers work together to make sure you have a personal and unique experience that feels good when you leave. Thank you so much to everybody who helped me get my new little Scion. I love it!

I purchased a 2011 4Runner from Carrie at Rogers and I had the best experience of my life! The whole team took care of any questions I had from how to use all the cool new features in my vehicle to where the car wash center was for the future. Now, I'm getting all my service done at Rogers and it's been just as positive. My wife is currently talking with the Rogers Toyota Scion sales team and I think we're going to purchase another vehicle there soon. Thanks again to team at Rogers, you make purchasing a new vehicle a positive, fun experience!

I was visiting my daughter in Lewiston and I had my parents with me. My parents car needed a new battery and battery cable. Rogers folks were wonderful! What great service and friendly staff. Justin helped us from the service department and he was so amazing with my parents. I just wanted to say thanks from myself and my parents. My mom said you are the best toyota dealship she has ever been to.
